These terms apply to your use of the Winsights website and to any connection you authorize between your QuickBooks Online account and Winsights.
Our services
Winsights provides data analysis and consulting. We use the QuickBooks connection only to deliver the services described in your engagement with us.
Your authorization
By connecting your QuickBooks account, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and to share that company’s data with us. You can revoke access at any time.
Your data
You own your data. We use it only as described in our Privacy Policy.
Nature of our analysis
Our analysis is based on the data in your books, so its accuracy depends on the accuracy of that data. It’s meant to inform your decisions and isn’t a substitute for advice from your accountant, tax advisor, or attorney.
Disclaimers and limits
Our website and services are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Winsights isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services.
Separate agreements
If you have a separate written agreement with Winsights, that agreement controls wherever it differs from these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota.
